Mapo Tofu restaurant, one of the best known name in the food industry all over China, is planning to make an entry into Taiwan Province and is now busy preparing for the discussion with an enterprise from Taiwan at the end of this month, as sources from the authorities disclosed on Monday.
According to an official, the two parties will talk about opening chains of Mapo Tofu restaurant in Taiwan Province, the marketing plans of the selling seasonings for Sichuan hotpots and the program of training cooks from Taiwan. The restaurant has decided to take part in the Food Festival in Kaohsiung due in the middle of next month.
