面对来势汹汹的新冠疫情，欧洲多个国家已经针对未接种疫苗者推出了各种惩罚或限制措施。希腊宣布将对60岁以上拒打疫苗者罚款，奥地利拒打疫苗者将面临罚款或监禁，德国禁止未打疫苗者进入公共场所，法国则实行了更严格的入境规定。

Fines of 100 will be imposed at monthly intervals from mid-January on those who refuse，Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis said。

The money will go towards the Greek health system，which is struggling with a surge in hospital admissions。

奥地利：罚款/监禁+禁足
According to a draft law developed by the Austrian government，compulsory vaccination against coronavirus will apply to all people living in Austria from February 2022.The penalty for refusing vaccination will be 3,600 euros or four months in prison.Those who ignore two notifications from the authorities about the need for vaccination will face a huge fine of 7,200 euros。
根据奥地利政府提出的一项法律草案，2022年2月起将强制所有奥地利居民接种新冠疫苗。拒绝接种疫苗的人将被处以3600欧元罚款或四个月监禁。如果连续两次无视政府部门要求接种疫苗的通知，将面临7200欧元的巨额罚款。
Exceptions will include people who are at risk for life and health due to vaccination，pregnant women and children under 12 years of age.The bill is due to be submitted to parliament around 6 December，after which it must be approved by the two chambers of the Austrian parliament。

Austria has implemented lockdown measures for all those age 12 and older who are not fully vaccinated against Covid-19 from November 15。

Several states and cities have required the public to show Covid passes，which have an individual’s vaccination status or if they’ve just recovered from the virus in order to access bars，restaurants and other public venues like movie theaters or museums。

法国：更严格的入境规定
The French government has announced that unvaccinated arrivals from a number of European countries must now have a negative PCR test within 24 hours of their departure。
法国政府宣布，来自多个欧洲国家的未接种疫苗者必须持有出发前24小时内的核酸检测阴性结果证明才能入境。
From December 15，travellers who are 65 and over and have been fully vaccinated for more than six months and five weeks will need to demonstrate that they have received an approved Covid-19 booster injection。
从12月15日起，65岁以上的入境者如果完成疫苗接种超过6月零5周需要出示接种加强针证明。
