Bartlesville, Okla.Bartlesville is about 50 miles north of Tulsa. It has two magic ingredients – a strong real estate market and a strong job market. It’s home to ConocoPhillips, the big energy company. This home has a pretty stone façade with arched windows and doors and a big old tree in the front yard. The living room has a contemporary feel with a high vaulted ceiling and a fireplace built into the TV niche. Those marble looking floors are actually stained concrete! A bit weird – they almost look water-stained. The long open kitchen has white cabinets and dark granite counters. The master bedroom is on the ground floor with crown moldings and a granite tile bath. There’s a covered patio and privacy fence in the backyard that could use a few foundation plantings.
