Capt. Don Spindler carries a young girl out of a burning apartment building in Evansville, Ind. on Sept. 7. Kristyn Frazier and her two young daughters suffered smoke inhalation before being rescued. Kristyn died Thursday. Her daughters are in critical but stable condition at St. Mary’s Medical Center.
